Print Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Pack Items
Securely place the items with original tags attached into the shipping box and affix the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
